Owner Enrollment

Property owners can browse active projects and enroll their parcels for participation. The enrollment workflow:

  1. Owner views available projects on the Projects page
  2. Owner clicks Join Project and selects the parcels they want to enroll
  3. An enrollment request is created with Pending status
  4. Admin or staff reviews the request and approves or rejects it
  5. Approved parcels are automatically added to the project

Enrollment notifications are sent to both the admin (new request) and the owner (approval/rejection).
