Approval Workflow

Prescriptions follow a three-stage workflow:

1. Draft — Prescription is being written or revised. Can be freely edited.
2. Approved — An administrator has reviewed and approved the prescription for execution. Only admins can approve prescriptions.
3. Completed — Treatment work has been finished.

To approve a prescription, an admin opens the prescription detail and changes the status to Approved.
