Inspection Types

The platform supports two types of inspections:

• Community Assessment — General community-wide assessments that can cover multiple parcels simultaneously. Useful for broad surveys and initial risk evaluations.
• Detailed Inspection — In-depth single-property inspections that require a qualified inspector. Used for thorough property-level assessments with scored findings.
